Service

When calling the NSW helpline to find out how I can pay the bill, an employee at the other end of the handset was at first rude, do not know what services the website itself provides. The answer was it couldn't, I didn't care. When you redial, hang up. Nor did I receive an answer to the question of interest. Does the NSW information service really have untrained, ignorant staff?
