I am in the final state of service for "Asian Food" (19a Duntes Street) and waiter Marina, unfortunately I don't remember the last name. This was Wednesday, 19.01.2018. We chose an order with my girlfriend. However, hot towels are brought to each, but that did not happen that day. It made an impressive sense of shock, as the towels were brought to the rest. Then came the next one, every day there are sticks, but personally I didn't bring them at all, even though I had promised. The waitress had never even come and asked how she was bored and if everything was in order. On the second day the guests always have a pet, it was brought to my girlfriend, but completely forgotten about me. The worst part is that you could not expect any kindness or apology from the hostess. Very much so that such unprofessional people are entrusted with the status of "GOOD HOTEL".
