A problem with my payment

I’twant let me enter my policy number 0777081. And plus I forgot my pass word.

Copy of receipt of payment

Agent said that GoAuto does not provide customers with receipt, lean holders have to call and get that themselves.

Extension

With all that is happening I asked for a few days extension since I live paycheck to paycheck working in service industry. Said I had to pay 95$ to extend on top of the 240$ I will pay for insurance. Said they could not do anything for me.
