I ljoti ineteresee one thing! If the advertisement says that the overlay is 98%, the zone disappears for a long time when going around the fields of Latgale very often! I just think that all of them are 2% and you could even say that 7-10% are in Latgalee, but are there other overlays in other counties!? now the full name means maana and "razvodet po polnij!"
