It doesn't end there, the next step is to throw a message somewhere with an error and please start over. Logically, there should be an error, because passport information is not required at all. You have to invest in normal programs and only then do you have to offer such services. If there is no money, then services should only be offered to Europe, not customer time. I may have just been unlucky, but with this office I will never waste my time and nerves again and I do not recommend you. My friends and acquaintances don't either. The link provided by Skyscanner to an English brokerage firm turned out to be ok and everything happened within minutes and without any problems.
