Terrible doctor on duty

I don't understand how this doctor got to work at all. I went to him only because I fell ill over the weekend and had to open a sick page. The doctor's attitude was terrible, contemptuous, he spoke with a raised tone and made me feel as if I was specifically ill, just to go to spend his "precious" time. Antibiotics were prescribed for the common cold, which, when I went to my GP, told me not to take it at all.
