Delay in delivery of order and being ignored when trying to find whereabouts of order

When contacted, Global Shop put on inquiry line and no one answers. Very poor customer support. Want your order and. After you pay they want nothing to do with the customer. No more orders from me to this dodgy company User’s recommendation: Don’t go there.

Wrong size. Sent it back and now I have waited and waited but nothing. not even an E.Mail to sat they are dealing with it. I tried phoning the numbers but after an hour the ladies from the philppines

I have dealt with these people but I am not sure if it is a good shop to deal with any more.

Customer Service is Pathetic

Their customer service is pathetic and non existent. Never received product and after sending several emails to their customer support, I gave up as I have never received a response. I recommend avoiding Global Shop Direct User’s recommendation: Avoid them at all cost.

Seriously annoyed with the lack of customer service

I bought and paid for a pack of 3 Saramia bras beginning of April, waited 6 weeks for them to arrive only to find that though I did the sizing by their graph the bras were way too small (8 cm smaller than my usual size) Rang them and got a return number and assurances…
