Systematic fraud, paper walls, rising costs
Today we were walking, everything was confined, the ambulance could not get to the front door at all, it was blocked the way for others. I don't want to know what's going on with a person who may be in the last minutes. We used to rent there, in an underground garage full of cracks and even then there was the question of whether it is normal and safe at all. We were told that this was normal. The house in the basement is full of puddles in the rain. Kaivas Residential are specific fraudsters along with their Hausmaster. One, the other. Free parking is practically never available there, not during the day, even overnight. So huge fields of green grass, instead of people being able to park cars adequately. There are also houses in the center and there is no hyperpark with grass. There is so much to understand, however, that priority is given to amenities and luxury can only be built if amenities are provided. When you enter, no one inspects any walls with a magnifying glass and draws up acts, despite the already existing patches. But when you wanted to leave, you even touched the stains in the bathroom on the walls, which could be seen leaning sideways very close to the wall. No one looked at it when they entered, and the floors were not so clean, the bathroom was not left out, the same goes for the lockers and the refrigerator. The surfaces of kitchen cabinets are made of such a material that you wash with whatever you want and how many times you want, there will still be strips when bent sideways, not even immediately with a dry towel. We warmly recommend to stay from this place AROUND THE PLOT AND THE FURTHER, THE BETTER. Apartments consume a lot of heat and a whole pile of mystical utilities, which not everyone has and does not need at all. For example, a children's playground for people who do not have children! KAIVAS RESIDENTIAL and HAUSMASTER are a "type" of gangs within the law. Take every detail with a good camera and overview. Refrigerator from ALL sides, the same applies to every wall, ceiling, floor, real estate items, handles, doors, stands - EVERYTHING. Especially record conversations on the phone and dictaphone, which is told to you at the beginning! Because in the end you will be told that you misunderstood or invented. Always bring witnesses to every conversation! The same goes for Hausmaster. You won't find honesty there in any case.
