Lost Sachet

I generally recommend that you take a picture of your contents or manifest before sending anything via the FedEx parcel. A packet was sent from Melbourne to Bauska, it was lost. I had to cover all the expenses for the FedEx and the product I sold. On the omnivore side I have one headache (100 questions) now suddenly I have to give proof of the price of the item etc. T. T is pulled lengthwise. I do not recommend this. The call center also can't explain anything. Looking for the package since 28. 06, I heard that nothing was compensated for the others. Just a stupid office.
