They took my vacation from me. They took 518.00 dollars from me and won’t return it. I tried very hard to get it back and can’t. They are rude. Never use this company they will rob you. User’s recommendation: Stay away from them

On 2-15-21 I rented a room at the doubletree hotel in Galveston during the cold blackout. When I tried to check in the hotel was closed due to the blackout so I was unable to check in but my card was charged
