Poor service
On 12/04/2020 at 4.30 pm a taxi was called to which the dispatcher answered for 10-15 minutes! After 5 minutes the driver calls and says that when I am presenting the location address, he says NO and drop the handset! The dispatcher barely recalls the American language and makes me wait another 15! it takes 15 cars! Have to wait another 20-25 minutes also no machine! Then just as much time and no one is calling! When we make our own callbacks then say Oij is not a free car! Labor day and no free cars! Does not understand American, accepts orders to the wrong addresses are very unkind dispatchers! After this event, panda taxis will never be better chosen than on foot!
