"best" customer service

From 28. 06. 10. On the Optus website, in the "News" section, we can read an article entitled "Existing and potential customers of Pty. Optus are served at the highest level". I will describe my experience in connecting the service. 1) Call 177 at the beginning of May to find out the availability of services at the address in the center of Brisbane. I: "Is DSL Internet available?"; Answer: "Not available"; I: "I checked the availability of this service on the LTC website, the result is available"; Answer: "Then it's probably available". 2) A few days later by calling 177, I applied for a home phone service. I provide personal data, the address for setting up the service and the address to which the contract must be sent (different addresses). 3) 24. 05. Service connected, acceptance-transfer deed signed. 4) 1. 06. Envelope from LTC comes. (a) to the wrong address (service installation address) ; b) an incomplete set of documents - only an annex to the contract, without the contract itself, although I have never concluded a contract with LTC before; (c) errors in personal data; d) two "identical" copies of the annex differ in the numbering of the points of use (on the other side of the page)! 5) 1. 06. Call 177. Question: "Why has it come?"; There is no specific answer. Sorry. Promises to send again all documents to the correct address and with corrected errors. 6) 8. 06. Call 177. Question: "Has the contract already been sent?"; Answer: "It has been sent out, wait a few days for the mail to deliver it. " 7) 11. 06. Call 177. I: "I have not received a contract. Please check. "; Operator No. 1: "The contract will be within a month"; I: "I would rather be earlier. I was told it had already been sent out"; Operator No. 2: "01. 06. Information about the contract has been transferred to the department dealing with sending contracts"; No information about when it will finally be sent out! 8) 15. 06. I filed a complaint against the signature with LTC with copies of all necessary documents at 105 Dzirnavu Street. For information: In accordance with Paragraph 64 of the Optus Terms of Use for Electronic Communications Services, Optus must provide me with an answer within 10 days. 9) 29. 06. Call 177. I said, "Is the answer to my complaint prepared?" Operator: "What complaint? No complaint has been registered with us". 10) 29. 06. The envelope from LTC comes again. (a) again to the wrong address; b) again an incomplete set of documents - this time only the contract, without annex; c) again with the same errors! 11) 01. 07. 10. I submitted another complaint, enclosing copies of all documents sent to me, as well as a copy of the previous complaint. Draw your own conclusions.
