Delivering the wrong item and hesitating to return the money

I bought roller skates, it's as if on the spot, all right. Since there are 3 possible size options (but it is not possible to specify the required one), then logically write them in the comments. You need this and that size, clear and understandable. I place an order and half a time the package also arrives. But inside is a completely different size, some mini children's variant. I call 110.shop, there I start to blame something, that I am to blame for not calling them after ordering and did not explain what size I really need, because, I quote (!), "Nobody reads those comments, the system automatically processes orders ". To my question, how do I just continue to blame me for specifying the required size, that I did not specifically call them before ordering. Well, accepting back, sending in return the required size. I send it back in the mail on the same day (they pay the costs), after 2 working days it is delivered according to the tracking code, but these at the end continued to tell me for about 2 weeks that nothing, nothing can be done, wait, do not know, wait, write there are elsewhere, we will write, can not call, etc. Uncover all the time. There is neither money nor goods. One time I was suddenly allowed to accuse me of not being interested at all and calling them about the shipment, the girl wrote down the postal code and then some confirmation email finally came up.
