I received a coupon which was valid till 24th december. When i tried to use it on 22 and 23 rd december, it didnt work. I tried to call customer service but wasnt able to reach them. If i can get that coupon back, would really appreciate. I wanted to buy a jean.
Maybe before canceling a big order you can call me instead . Its nice to see that most of my stuff I ordered is out of stock. Thank you very much. I will not be purchasing from you again.
No resolution. Now Im going to have to go through the hassle of ordering online to get the discount, and then driving OVER AN HOUR to make the return (which is where the nearest in store location is) rather than just doing the price adjustment over the phone. So Inconvenient and frustrating
