Poor service

I bought a coupon at Orchidja Victoria Krishjaņa Barona 19. The price of 39 dollars included hair coloring + cutting with hot scissors and a hair mask. I didn't fix the hairdresser's name, but the result is that the hair is cut terribly! One side ok the other side is vnk skewed! 39 dollars thrown in the wind... there is obviously a lack of experience for this hairdresser...
