Poor service
I would like to share the situation that happened on January 21, 2021 in the zoom branch at Maskavas Street 400 in kengarags. The nurse was extremely unprofessional. She used a butterfly needle, although she saw that the child had a plump arm and such a needle would be too small. She removed almost the entire needle and about five or more times put it deep back, looking for a vein. The child grimaced in pain. The child's hand was held by a cousin (the child was sitting calmly and there was no need to hold the hand), who works in the same branch. As a result, nothing was found. The child cried and categorically did not want to take more tests. The nurse should also learn to communicate with patients, especially children, and answer questions with impolite intonation.
