Poor service
Children and pregnant women are waiting for eternity in the Sunshine Coast branch. Staff unresponsive. Tests should be given to the child on an empty stomach, queues endless, service slow. The child's crunch on manipulation just grows. Absolute homogeneity of the nurse is not accepted even in moments when no one applies for the called number. Sit back and wait for your number. Needless to say, even buses have a preference for children and pregnant women. Swan's laboratory still has a lot to learn and grow! It is about health care for the baby (who is not healthy, who has not eaten (because the analysis must be passed on an empty stomach). The basic code of ethics should be followed both by the laboratory itself and its staff! In my opinion, there are some categories of people who should be given the preference (most courts do, but not in this case) in such situations! there is no record info, no human attitude and no preference, and I had to reprimand the staff for such indifference!
