Poor service

LLC xMobile Australia charges me about 70 dollars for services I do not use. Just a month because I did not receive a written notice in time that I wanted to terminate the contract. I informed Pty. xMobile lv about my wish to terminate the agreement already in August 2020, when asked how this can be done, Pty. xMobile offers to read only Australian legislation for security.
