G suite connection with my email/domain

Even though we paying monthly for out corporate emails, we cannot receive or send email. Does not answer phones. User’s recommendation: Make sure you talk to someone before making payment.

Two step verification

I’m locked out of my babygirlnml@***.com account. The authenticator account key was lost upon factory reset and the recovery page send verification code to the email account I’m trying to get into. I have this email n_losoya@***.com listed as my recovery email. Why is it not going there?!
