Customer Service
On Monday, January 11, 2010, we called the Oceankom customer service number from 13. 00 to 16. 50. No one was callable. We wanted to give up a white phone, which works terribly, communication disappears all the time, but you see, customer service cannot be called at all! I don't understand them on Monday counts as a holiday or how? Why can't I call customer service? Tomorrow we will go to the office at the other end of Melbourne to solve the problem... And this is not the first time they cannot be called. There have been problems in the past, we tried to call and quite unsuccessfully. Realistically, you have to call all day for someone to answer. Today the phone was busy all the time. : (
