Unrealistic prices
We were planning a trip to Thailand because we had purchased discounted tickets. We decided to contact IMPRO to find out if they could offer something at a reasonable price. We had already researched the prices for hotels, overflights, etc. , so we were unpleasantly surprised when the offer of IMPRO more than 2x exceeded what we calculated. We decided to give up their services (in the end the trip cost us as we had calculated), but we kept the airline tickets they had booked. Unfortunately, this did not end our communication, because when we arrived in Bangkok for the booked flight, it turned out that the operator of our paid tickets was CANCELED. (?) Had to buy again for their own money. To be fair, we were promptly reimbursed upon our return. Only compared to the price of prepaid tickets, the ones bought at the airport (for no reason) turned out to be much cheaper... Draw your own conclusions, but we will probably do without IMPRO : )
