Treatment of customers

We waited 30 minutes and left. I wonder why you have to take numbers at all if the employees there don't care. Nurses, who should be in the procedure room, sit at receptions and chat about theaters and other events and do their jobs. Customers also don't have hours to sit and wait for employees to decide to call them.
