Disguise business customers
We are a company that has used the services of the operator xMobile Australia so far. We had 2 phones and wifi with a router on installment. Wi-Fi was connected (at the end of 2017) - we took the tariff for the most expensive PRO office (the most expensive that was offered to business customers at that time). It was all the time, it was crashing every day, you had to call every time to fix the connection. The speed was negligible. We were told about the complaints that we had overspent in the first days (although we were 3 office workers and we didn't do anything supernatural, we only used e-mails and social networks. When it turned to us a year later, we asked them to resolve the situation, otherwise we would go to another operator. Their employee arrived, put a new Sim in the router, put on a new router and changed the tariff (all, of course, for an additional fee). The old Sim and the router were taken away. Then finally the wifi started working fine. After another year, when we reviewed the bills - they were suspiciously large, we discovered - it turns out that we pay for 4 numbers - 2 phones and 2 internet! It turns out that they have connected to the new Internet and have not disconnected the old one. We, we see, are to blame - we did not write an application for abandoning the "removed" Internet (which, of course, they did not say!). Around 20 AU$ per month a year to pay for a non-existent service! When we complained, they did not offer any compensation. They said we were to blame. We instantly went to another operator! We switched to another operator with the date of the 13th month and xMobile - PROTAMS, that billed for the whole month, not for 13 days! Here's how they respect their Business customers!
