Poor Service

I've never been one of those who writes complaints, but then think how far it takes a customer to make something public here right now. So - I sent a package, the parcel machine did not issue an address label, it was yesterday, I tried to call the omnivore, but in vain, because as it turns out they work office hours, which seems absurd to me, because if your service works 24/7, then at least one person should be available from the company around the clock. The next day, when calling, the customer service operator says that it is nothing, the courier knows where to deliver the shipment even without an address label, I still thought cool though, mhm. When after 3 days the recipient writes to me that the package is still not with him. Call FedEx, Says that after all the data today should be, ok, a day passes than nothing,call the next day again either already excuse that the shipment may have been delayed due to heavy load or there was no place in the parcel terminal, ok, let 's go. Well, it's been a week and still nothing. Call again, now the cameraman says that he does not see where my shipment is, that it is probably lost, but if it is, then I will be contacted during the day, of course, no one contacted, the next day as a fool I call again and say what about the case, the operator says that it will be necessary to fill in the application on the website, that the shipment is lost or that they have a "application for delivery quality" written on the website, which they review up to a week, I would have known to write the application on the second day after sending, because the recipient but also waiting for your shipment, already a week and now another week to review the application, well a nightmare. A week has passed, no newscall FedEx, ask what happens after the call i get an email that the packet is sent to me back to my parcel post and as an apology they send me a 99% discount code for FedEx, funny not?! I have to pay again for the delivery (ok, those 3 cents, but in fact) to send their failure to resend my packet. Finally it seems that now everything, the package is on its way, mhm, check package, 5 days have passed again and the recipient is still without a shipment. Call FedEx, Say that today must be, a day passes - no, call again, excuse the same - possibly a full parcel or busy and again says - today must be. Funny. I started asking for a surname to know who told me that already. It has been 3 weeks and the sachet is still not with the recipient. Very disappointed...
