Delivery Issues
Promises delivery of the item within two days, but no delivery. When calling the online store, the manager does not even apologize, just postpones the delivery date. Very ugly, because the goods are intended as gifts. If it is so convincingly indicated up to two working days, then in my opinion it is misleading customers and, of course, everyone may make mistakes, but could have apologized and tried to deliver the product as soon as the customer called for not receiving the product on time and not forward delivery date.
