Poor service

Very poor service! I called IT Banka with a question about ibanka, and the woman who answered did not help solve the problem and hung up. Who would think of this service if a person does not help solve the problem. I do not recommend people who are thinking of opening a new account go directly to this bank, because they do not want to help their eyes when they see it.
