Poor service

Be careful if you have a credit card at Citadel Bank and you will be credited as. das after the money on the credit card, more than there is a credit limit, money can not be credited back without a 3% commission. (above the credit limit it will count my money, not the bank. So it's not fair that I have to pay for the transfer of my money) I contacted the bank, I tried to solve the problem, they recommended shopping. now with a credit card everywhere :) I realize I'm guilty of being careless myself.
