Poor service

Unfortunately, I'm very upset about the service. I paid for phone repairs more than a month ago, but there is no news, info is not provided, it is practically impossible to call. When you finally call - zero communication and no clarity about repairing the phone. I am currently planning to remove my phone from the service and take it to another service :(
