Quality of their products and customer service

They don’t handle warranty issues in a timely manner. They are horrible with their customer service. Read the other reviews and you begin to see the problems. You would think with the name Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffet) you would be getting a little better product, not the case. User’s recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM FOREST RIVER PRODUCTS.
