Last December, there was an electricity debt for the previous month, which was handed over to a debt collection company. We agreed with the company that the debt will be divided into four parts, so the payment in December, January, remains to be paid in February and March. True, I immediately paid the debt on the electricity portal, where after a few hours it also appears that I have paid. About a week after the partial repayment of the debt, we will receive a message from the electricity requesting the payment of the remaining amount of the debt by mid-February, otherwise the electricity will be cut off. The question is - what was the point of involving them in a debt collection company with which we agreed on debt repayment terms?if electricity is subject to other rules in connection with a debt already transferred to third parties for recovery? I don't understand something?
