You don’t call food by their English names

‘Frozen’ food NOT FROZEN

First of all, frozen chicken patties arrived totally thawed. All dry ice gone and box soaked and falling apart. Please DO NOT order from them. Over 1 week to deliver frozen food? Why isn’t overnight shipping used? Idiots. User’s recommendation: Steer clear of Food Service Direct!!!!!
