Cancelation of order but payment not recersed

Yesterday ordered a pizza and used debit card for payment 1849/- at 8: 24 pm 23-07-2021. No order delivered till 11 pm… And message received that order cancelled and payment reversed…but till now my account has not credited with amount. User’s recommendation: Don’t use food panda.
