送遞問題！

我係apps 落單，揀左送遞服務，但最後佢變成外賣自取，直至付錢後佢通知我我而家係隔離酒店，過往紀錄都係送遞上門，並且都係同一個地址，現在個apps出現問題，曾經聯絡過客服，完全解決唔到問題，我而家又無得自取，又無野食，即使我願意補回差額，都無解決到問題，錢我而家又俾左，但又無野食，你會點樣處理？我無理由白白咁樣俾你哋個apps收咗錢
