Poor service

I am already confronted with this unpleasant event - minibus 204 (Center - Jugla) will stop at Rudens Street. times as specified on the Hillsatiksme.org website. I stopped 5min before the allotted time, however the minibus at 10:04 also didn't arrive. Due to this incident, I will not have to miss lectures. So why should I trust your company again?
