Hello! I want to share my bitter experience at Uncle pizzeria a. Stein Street, which spoiled my festive mood. With family July 24 At 18.00 we came to this pizzeria to celebrate my holiday. We were greeted by a black-haired, darkened waitress. I asked where we could sit together. I immediately received a pile of reproaches that so many should not sit together. Nothing more was explained and left. Okay, we sat down at two separate tables. After a while, a blonde waitress came to us and calmly explained that due to what was happening in the country, we had to sit separately. All right, understand everything and the waitress will leave. And then it started.. To our table was meant by the same black-haired waiters. We sit for 15 minutes and wait for the menus to be brought to us, but the waitress pretends not to notice us. Wait another 5 minutes and then I go and ask, what's the matter? Why don't we have menus and what do you say to us - where do you sit at all? What should I wonder about! Many times he passes us and pretends not to see us. Bring the menus and again we have to wait 15 minutes for the waitress to come to us. (there weren't many people in the pizzeria at the time). We ordered - drinks, snacks, two pizzas, french fries for a child + juice. We are waiting for an order. And then we also felt that this waitress does not want to serve us. If everything is usually brought in the following order - drinks - - & gt; snacks— & gt; french fries— & gt; pizzas, then in our case everything was upside down! First we got pizzas, when the pizzas had already been eaten, then we only got drinks (although the drinks had been standing on the counter for a long time) after 15 minutes we only got snacks and if I hadn't asked where my child's french fries are, we wouldn't have got them at all. If in other Uncle pizzerias sangria drink is served to us with glasses of wine, then here we were served with ordinary glasses of juice. You could see that the waitress was not in a hurry to serve us. There were tables that came to us much later and they were served very quickly and left when we just got our drinks. My family has always had good reviews of your business, but Stein's Uncle pizzeria was very disappointing. We were there for the first time and I think last time. This attitude is not allowed, the waiter earns a salary with his work, then we also expect a pleasant attitude!
