Flowers did not arrive!

Email confirmation and $212 deducted from my account and NO FLOWERS arrived. Two days later I call only to find out “there were no available florist to deliver” No phone call? No one could let me know so that I could pick them up myself? I’ll never use them again.

Small bang for the buck

I purchased an $114 for an arrangement for a wake. This was $85 + tax and delivery of the flowers. The arrangement had a handful of flowers and barely anything to cover the spaces in between them. "The room that I stayed in was a non-smoking. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was no drain plug in the bathtub. The sink did not drain. Two very flat pillows thin-comforter."
