My bill has more than doubled

Nothing. I could never get through to a real person and the automated system was no help. I tried several times, but the system kept taking me in circles. Very frustrating.

Paying my bills through my bank account they dont seem to be reaching you because I get these final disconnect notices. I pay my bill!!! Another company thats too cheap to hire someone to answer a phone User’s recommendation: Hi are human beings to take phone calls, maybe people would hate you less.
