Terrible Product not as described.

The bouquet was nothing like the one described. NO orange roses. No lily’s. Only four red roses, four Gerberas and some Red Alstroemerias and lots of greenery I paid £60 for this TERRIBLE SERVICE. Delivery not there

The flowers never got delivered to recipient for their birthday. No phone number, email does not work. Luckily got back through claim. Waiting on refund for days. I just need a refund to my account.
