Flowers not delivered on specified date.

Booked flowers for wifes birthday. Did not arrive. Finally delivered several days later. No explanation or apology, though on line discussion did eventually lead to solution, though some days later. User’s recommendation: Make sure date is correct when filling in on line forms.

Didnt get it right whats on the order and on time

We pick up the order but we didnt get the bear how was on the order i dont know why. And they dont even call to say they are on the Address User’s recommendation: Keep on eye and make sure u get what u order specialy germany.

Terrible service. Unable to contact company. Wanted me to pay to speak with them

Made order, paid for it and no confirmation except the address was incomplete. No way to get in touch with FloraQueen and they now want me to pay to speak to them…. User’s recommendation: BEWARE!!!
