Warranty Repair

I take my sony phone for repair under warranty, which I use very carefully, sometimes the "illness" of the model does not work p key and tool band, but I received a refusal that I would not see a defective phone-bust. I have to pay for the phone for another year, I am a regular customer. But now I'm going to start thinking about whether or not to choose another operator! Sad!
