I don't have a phone, but the bill is coming

I switched from AuMobile to Telstra... I bought a Motorola V6 for a week and the phone hung up... I took it to do... now it's been a month without a phone... I called the info phone, where I told my pain where maqni kindly ordered dirst... in retrospect, the operator changed the subject - offered me to connect to the Internet mail and said - all the best! In short, I don't have a phone, but I get a bill because I connected a monthly rate.
