I have tried phoning customer service to change my flight dates as I have only 24hours to do so before date. I tried phoning 3 times today and been waiting for 30min; 25min with no answer. Can anyone help me please? Is there an alternative way to contact them?

Be prepared to be on hold in excess of 2hrs when contacting customer service. During COVID I was unable to get a refund even though Westjet airline was offering refunds to customers who booked directly through the airline. Since I booked using Flightnetwork I had to work through them for the refund (which they wont give me)....
