Poor service
Today, a "postman" - a suspicious-looking man who speaks a broken Australian - brought me a letter from the 10th Post Office. departments, in Brisbane. He seemed suspicious to me, so please show me some id that he is a postman. He doesn't have one! Then he made me sign an empty space on my phone with my finger! I asked him, what's the point of a site where I have to sign with my finger? He could not explain. I'm sorry, but I can't sign with my finger.
