Blood donation
Good evening, today I was very surprised by the staff of the blood preparation department of Devonport City Hospital. After work (17. 00) I went to the hospital to donate blood, instead of welcoming me - greeted with an iron face and a sentence - here too? The last one? When we took the analysis from the finger I tried with the nurse to joke to make her smile, but nothing. I went on to fill out the questionnaire, I didn't even start filling it up when my other nurse told me that I shouldn't give it because my hemoglobin level is 12. 4 (women need to be 12-16). I asked her, what does the level of hemoglobin in the blood depend on? She replied that I could someday attend 2 hour lectures elsewhere. I asked her - are there so many donors today? She replied, "Yes!" The bag is even missing! My summary - well,if no one needs group 0+ blood, I won't donate anymore.
