I havent received my refund or anything that I paid for from two different sellers and I would like my refunds asap

Services not delivered

I was scammed by a user who has since fled the platform, I want a refund of my $95. The product was not even remotely delivered. User’s recommendation: Maybe Consider another platform besides Fiverr, it would appear to be too easy to be a scammer on there.

What contact? There is no email, no direct number to a representative nor a customer service agent available to take a call, no telephone number or email is provided.

I can’t login to my fiverr account, I receive a message that my password is wrong so I press forgot password and I don’t receive fiverr forgot password reset to my email. Then I try to open another account and it says my signin name is taken. User’s recommendation: Find a different service.
