Service Gaps and not only
Sadly, very skumji..ka tasty and qualitative food enjoyment damages waitress untidiness, inability and indifference! After reading the MyPizza website "Values "and "Quality "I started to wonder if the employees know little about them and are aware of them?! My friends and I were at the MyPizza Restaurant, Freedom Builder, for 2 days in a row (because the number of restaurants open in the city on 31/12-08 and 1 / 1-09 was very limited) and I have to admit - there are no limits to disappointment. Starting with the fact that the waitress got to wait a long time and each time strikingly paying attention to us to be served.The waitress managed to forget one of the orders (wishes) several times, with me served food when my friends had almost eaten?!?! Is n't there really a basic understanding that if there is a company that has ordered food together, they also want to eat together?! There was a lot of unprofessional detail on both the first and second day. And I understand that it happens to be wrong and confusing, but then it can also be solved simply and elementarily. Apologizing or calling for coffee or something. But no, the waiters of this restaurant chose to avoid the guests. Everything was surpassed by the waitress of the second day, who accepted the order. I don't talk about the long wait at all, because it seems to be the standard here :( Just before my friends received the food, the waitress informed me that she had just found out that my the order has expired. Besides the menu she asks me if I want anything else..I asked her to find out if one of my new orders is and how long it can take to prepare. She came with pizzas to my friends, no forks, knives, napkins and answers for me. My friends had to wait for the "tools ", but I got the food, which I only got when everyone else had already eaten. It was in such big trains and without "details". But I wonder how the waitress would feel if I paid part of the price and tell me I ran out of money!?!
