Rude Treatment of Passengers

Saturday, May 27 at 11. 00 I am driving from Armidale to Brisbane. Two tourists on bicycles boarded the train, as they did not really understand where to park the bicycles and placed them in the freest place, as it later turned out to be in the place of the conductor. After a moment, the conductor arrived, instead of kindly asking her to sit elsewhere, there were very unpleasant accusations on her part, she could say that she was literally shouting at both tourists to vacate her place. I was shocked by this attitude, because I saw something like that for the first time. Of course, both tourists were in great confusion, because they didn't really understand what they were being shouted at and vacated the place. I don't remember the conductor's name, but it was a lady aged 55-60 with short red hair. I do not know what the criteria are for hiring people as conductors, but it would be desirable to provide at least some training on how to serve passengers. You may have trouble finding younger people to work as a conductor. Therefore, in order to avoid misunderstandings, I recommend posting information in English and explaining that this place is a conductor's place and you should not sit there, and information on where to park bicycles. However, it is important for us that tourists have a positive impression of Australia and they want to return and bring their friends with them, but with such an attitude we destroy the image of Australia in the eyes of tourists.
