At the box office at the Cinamon cinema at 22:28, 15. 02. 2020 I bought two tickets to the account "Miserable" and other products, the value of 12. 40 AU$, and gave the cashier 22. 40 AU$. I received two tickets and the rest from her, but I don't get 10 AU$ either. Nor did I notice that the check and the tickets were not in the top ten. After an hour in the cinema, I remembered this situation and checked my wallet, where I found only tickets and a check 96171 from Pty. "Multiplex Systems". I immediately came to the cashier and asked to explain this situation to the shift manager. After 1. 5 hours, he said that he had the right not to comment on this situation and Pty. "Multiplex Systems" would not return the money (10 Ls).
