I have made payment for 12/01/2020. I received an email with confirmation number but it has not hit my bank. I can not reach anyone in person to resolve this matter.
Gave payments now I have late fees of $30 now my balance is $10!!!!!
I have not been able to contact them I have tried to call its a revolving door of I need a card number please hit said number and back around to that. You never get a live person to handle a collection or billing issue .
