Very late delivery time to the store, bad attitude.
So, on August 9, I ordered the product from azstore.com. I ordered it to the Dobele store, where it could be received in a week - on August 17. On August 17, I received a text message that the product will be delayed and will be delivered on August 24, which disrupted all plans, because the product was necessary for work and was planned to pick it up on the 17th. ordered again to the store and that on Monday they had delivery days. Said to call on Friday and then they will tell 100% whether or not there will be. Such a large company, but only delivers goods on Mondays. Okay, come Friday, call them and they answer that the item will be, but how about there Saturday and Sunday are in the middle,it will only be available on Wednesday. I don't think I have to wait 2 and a half weeks for one item I needed for work and I still haven't received it. I paid 83 € for it. Asking if I could get my money back, I received the answer that no, no, it would be a product on Wednesday. Very dissatisfied with the attitude and time, 2 weeks and 3 days had to wait to receive it. If you sent the same thing in any other online store, you would have received it, even by courier, within a week. It would have been better to pay more for the delivery than to have gone through such manure. I understand if I had ordered a € 5 bag, but I paid € 83 and received it in return.
